Donte is the Supply Chain Manager at Aeris Technologies, where he oversees supply chain operations and works to ensure the efficient delivery of the components and resources that support Aeris’ innovative environmental monitoring solutions. With more than 35 years of experience across all aspects of supply chain management, Donte brings extensive expertise in building, optimizing, and transforming supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Donte’s experience includes service in the U.S. Army, college studies, and decades of hands-on leadership in supply chain structuring and process improvement. He is passionate about solving complex operational challenges and takes pride in helping organizations achieve greater efficiency and success.
What excites Donte most about his work is the opportunity to contribute to something larger than himself. At Aeris, he is inspired by the company’s mission to support a healthier environment through advanced technology and innovation.
Outside of work, Donte enjoys staying active through regular fitness training, reading, and giving back to his community. A lifelong athlete, he credits sports with teaching him the value of both competition and teamwork. He also dedicates time to serving the homeless, mentoring others as a life coach, and helping individuals create positive change in their lives.
